Members may not use our Services to send chain letters, junk mail or spam or to communicate with any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such communications.

You agree that you will not use our Services to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law or by regulatory authorities.

You should not use our services to Harass, Impersonating and falsifying one's identity and other fraudulent purposes. You further agree that you will not use our Services in any way, which could, overburden or impair our Services.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny access at any time to users who breach our policies or cause other abuses which impair our Services. You should not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links of any Content, or select any member or user name or email address, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You should not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links of any Content that promotes illegal activity, including without limitation the provision of instructions for illegal activity. You agree that you are responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via our services.

We do not guarantee accuracy and quality of third party Content.You agree that any material obtained through Beegee Internet is done at your own discretion and risk. Beegee Internet will not be responsible of the damaged caused by such material.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, and without refund, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.
Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.
Illegality in any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.

Undesirable Content

Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.Adult content is allowed .Please check with us first before making an order!

Misuse Of Resources

Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum.
If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Domain Registration

You understand and acknowledge that you will have to pay an annual registration fee per domain name to your designated registrar to maintain the registered status of each domain.

Once a domain is registered in your name, you are considered the owner of the domain, and assume all responsibility for any and all trademark disputes, infringements, maintenance fees or other obligations or liabilities related to the domain.

We will not participate in any way in any dispute between you and any party other than us regarding the registration and use of your domain.

Check the spelling of the domain you wish to register before submitting your interest. Mistakes can not be tolerated. You would have to register again if you misspell. No refunds will be awarded for the mistakes.

Hosting and Websites

The customer will fully indemnify Beegee Internet against liability (of any nature), which may befall Beegee Internet as a result of the customer's illegal use of our services.

Refunds are only available, if the level of service provided to the customer by Beegee Internet, is determined unsatisfactory.

No refunds are available if the customer wishes to cancel their account for any other reason. Beegee Internet is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss. Remember we do offer a 99% uptime guarantee.

Privacy

We will not release any confidential information about you without your consent or as required by law or regulatory authority. You acknowledge that some of your contact information will be attached to your domain(s) and will therefore become publicly available.

Copyrights and Trademarks

You are not allowed to copy, modify and in other ways, use material from this web site without written permission. Trademarks or copyrights of Third parties mentioned on our Web site are copyrights of their respective owners.

Termination

We reserve the right, to suspend or terminate your access to our Services because of inactivity or if you breach our terms of services. However, if we feel that a customer is affecting the service we provide to our other customers, then we reserve the right to cancel their hosting package and offer them a full refund less any domain name registration fees.We will never cancel or suspend any of our services without a dignified consultation.
